Genuine SS396 Chevelle 2-door coupe in Bolero Red (code RR), contrasted with a Black vinyl interior. Matching-numbers L34 396c.i. (350hp), backed by a TKO600 5-speed manual transmission and a 12-bolt rear end. Rallye wheels, with Radial T/A tires, power steering, power front disc brakes, and dual rearview mirrors. The interior sports black vinyl bucket seats, console, full instrumentation including dash-mounted tach and console-mounted clock, and SS badging. Restored in the late '90s, this example still shows immaculately.
An engine rebuild in 2015 added upgrades including Edelbrock aluminum heads and high rise intake, forged internals, Howards hydraulic camshaft, HEI ignition, and Sanderson ceramic coated headers. Gross power output is now a healthy 471hp and 467lb-ft (dyno sheet on file). Additional updates include a hydraulic clutch with Kevlar clutch disc, aluminum radiator with dual electric fans, and adjustable rear shocks.
The fortunate new owner will receive what is believed to be the original M20 4-speed transmission, exhaust manifolds, distributor, and steering wheel. Service receipts and dyno sheets on file, and included with purchase.
