The GTS variant of the second generation Cayenne was introduced in 2013. It is the most sporting variant available and comes with the Turbo Cayenne's front fascia, LED-accented active headlights, body-color fender extensions and side skirts, red brake calipers, black window frames, and darkened LED taillights. Under the Turbo-style domed hood, is a warmed-over version of the Cayenne S's 4.8-liter V-8. A more aggressive intake cam and modified engine management are good for 420hp and 380 lb-ft. The GTS's all-wheel-drive system has a front-to-rear torque split of 40/60 in normal conditions but if slip is detected, all the torque can be sent to the front or to the rear.
